Cassandra Mason

Registered Psychotherapist

Taking a collaborative approach to therapy, I will meet you where you are and work with you to create a strong therapeutic relationship. I truly believe that you are the expert in your own healing; I act as a toolbox for you to build and grow from. As no two individuals are the same, I tailor methods to acknowledge each individual’s uniqueness. I believe that the catalyst for change often lies in the environment therefore I am passionate about providing a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and foster self-discovery.

I have a passion for helping individuals suffering from relational issues with themselves and others, low self-worth, body image issues, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a holistic lens in order to look at the whole person and the issues arising. I have completed training in breathwork and place emphasis on a mind-body connection within sessions

It is not easy to reach out for help when you need it. I want to acknowledge the strength that it takes to begin therapy. It is truly a privilege to be able to join you on your journey and be a witness to your growth

Maya Sabbald

Yoga Instructor

I’m Maya, a registered yoga teacher, runner, and general movement enthusiast. I began dabbling with yoga as a kid, but it wasn’t until I sustained a serious running injury in 2021 that I realized how much I had to gain from a yoga practice. Through yoga, I was able to rebuild strength and mobility after my injury; but of even greater value, it gave me the space to cope with the grab-bag of challenging emotions that come from encountering one’s entropy. I became a 200hr RYT in 2022, and I’m excited to share my practice with you. As a yoga teacher, I believe it’s essential to always be a student, to frame all bodies as good bodies, and to provide a safe space for students of all abilities to practice yoga and strengthen their connection to self. Although asana (the physical practice) is what initially brings many of us to yoga, I encourage you to stick around for the secret sauce that comes from exploring the self, beyond the physical body. Along with strength and flexibility, you might just find yourself building confidence and resilience, peace and joy, and the capacity to change your own perspective.
